What makes the CoreTEX Head different from other mannequin heads?
Unlike synthetic mannequins, CoreTEX Heads are made with real human hair, carefully set into a coily pattern that mimics the look and feel of natural Afro-textured hair. We’ve even adjusted the hairline to be slightly thinner than most on the market, offering a more realistic and natural finish when styling.
Coils come in different lengths and we’re still waiting for the industry to catch up and appreciate that. Regardless we created something that the hair world needed today - a tightly coiled mannequin available in a longer length
Can I use heat tools on it?
Yes. You can use low to medium heat for styling — and the hair will revert back to its natural coily texture once it’s wet again.
